With over two decades of experience in occupational medicine, we have built many trusted relationships with employers in a wide variety of industries.  We understand the need to know your unique business and how to effectively protect both the employer and employee through medical evaluation and treatment, specific to each job classification. We are committed throughout the entire process, from pre-employment evaluations to post injury and case management of all work-related injuries and illnesses. 

Effective & Timely Communication

We know that getting timely and accurate information is essential.  By selecting us as your Physician of Record (POR), we can coordinate and communicate with all treating providers and be the contact for the employer for all medical concerns.  This eliminates confusion and speeds results.  We work with your MCO’s, TPA’s or claim/case managers to effectively manage the quick and safe return of your employees.

Productivity & Cost Management

The goal is to keep employees working, so we endorse an early return-to-work philosophy.  We encourage employers to develop transitional duties for injured employees not able to perform their normal job duties.  Transitional work reduces the employee’s risk of partial or permanent disability, aids employers in reducing workers compensation expenses and improves productivity.

Customized Medical Services

We have the flexibility to provide your business with customized coverage.  We know the challenges employers face with state and federal agencies that regulate workplace health and safety.  To help you understand and manage the complexities of those regulations, we offer occupational health consultations, including policy and procedure reviews, fitness-for-duty and return-to-work evaluations, walk-through and job-site analysis.  From pre-employment evaluations to comprehensive Health Fairs and/or acting as Company Physician, we work with you to design a program that will meet all of your occupational medicine needs.
